Our professional and friendly outlook offers our corporate clients high quality service from the initial enquiry through to the event.

The events we’ve played at include product launches, annual dinners and open days.  Each is unique and our flexibile approach highlights this.

Before the event we’ll be in touch to discuss the playlist and timings.  We offer a wide range of music from classical to modern and we’ll keep in touch with you making sure the type of music we play creates the right atmosphere for the event you’re hosting.  To see our repertoires just click here

We offer a full invoicing system and are happy to complete supplier information and adhere to any purchase order system.  Our terms are an initial deposit of £100 upon booking and the balance to be paid 1 month before the date.  If your accounting system cannot accommodate this easily please just let us know.

On The Day

We’ll have all the information we need beforehand to ensure that on the day we simply arrive and play leaving you to get on with all the other aspects of the event.  We’re very flexible and pride ourselves on managing last minute changes well.   We’re on hand in case timings don’t go according to plan.  We’ve often filled in when powerpoint presentations have crashed or a guest speaker is late to the venue.

Dear Dawn, Thank you so much for playing at our wedding. From walking down the Great Hall's staircase as the new Mr and Mrs Pilkington, accompanied by your version of Cold Play, through to listening to you playing my favourite Elbow track in the Dutch Garden, as the last tune before the Speeches at the Wedding Breakfast. You were brilliant. You helped make a very intimate and special day the perfect occasion that we had wanted and your flexibility to play both in and outdoors, with a range of requests, just kept those smiles coming. Thank you once again for your contribution. Yours Sincerely, Myles and Kathryn.
